Absolutely not. Both of our classes are designed to be accessible to complete beginners. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to show up.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend bringing a water bottle and, if you have one, your own yoga mat — though mats are available at the studio.
